Mediation
Thomas Lether has successfully mediated hundreds of cases over the past 30 years and has served as a court appointed arbitrator, discovery master, expert witness and special master in a number of civil cases. These mediations have included multi-million dollar commercial disputes, cases involving municipal liability, multi-party construction defect matters, insurance and bad faith matters, multiple death claims, abuse cases, and professional liability cases.

As a county appointed arbitrator in multiple jurisdictions, Tom Lether often serves as an arbitrator, discovery master, and special master in a number of civil cases. With new rules increasing the jurisdictional limit for mandatory arbitration, Tom Lether’s arbitration practice has steadily increased. He is comfortable in informal arbitration, multi-panel arbitration, and formal judicial arbitration processes.
